Spring Learning Summit
Appreciative Inquiry focuses on the best of what is and using this as the foundation upon which to build future directions. It moves us from a problem-focused mindset to one of innovation and possibility. The purpose of this Spring Summit is to ignite change that transforms educator preparation programs (EPPs) and PK-12 schools by focusing on the strengths and potential of its faculty, teacher candidates, and its district and community partners including families, caregivers, and children and youth to accomplish co-created goals. Through questioning and dialogue participants will uncover internal and external assets, strengths, advantages, and opportunities, reinforce relationships and culture, create a common vision and direction, and energize collective action to ensure all students not only succeed but thrive.
